The New Industrial Machines Category Is Born
We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new product category within our range: Industrial Machines.
This important step allows us to further expand the solutions available to our customers, while maintaining, as always, construction quality, reliability, and attention to production needs at the forefront.
The new category debuts with two machines designed and manufactured entirely from AISI304 stainless steel, designed for industrial applications as well as the food sector: the industrial fan and the label remover tunnel.
Stainless Steel Industrial Fan
Our industrial fan, is an extremely versatile machine, suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the materials used, it can be used without problems in the food sector and is also suitable for extracting atmospheres containing water or other liquids.
Equipped with an open impeller and the option of mounting the 2.2 kW motor on either the right or left side, the fan guarantees high efficiency thanks to the unique shape of the volute.
Suction or blowing air blades of various lengths, adapters for connecting to flexible hoses, and support brackets can be supplied, offering a customizable solution based on specific system requirements.
Upon request, the fan can also be supplied in AISI316 or with customized air blades.
High-pressure label removing tunnel
The label removing tunnel is a high-productivity solution, designed to automate a process that is often complex and time-consuming if performed manually. The machine is available in a special version for removing adhesive labels from plastic crates.
Two adjustable lateral spinners equipped with high-pressure jets ensure effective label removal. The crates can be moved manually or via a conveyor belt, with adjustable speed to set the desired work rate.
The system is completed by a lower filter for separating paper waste from the water and a collection tank with a pump, which feeds a storage tank serving the pressure washer.
The high process efficiency, combined with the reduction in labor required, allows for a rapid return on investment by automating an activity that is otherwise costly and difficult to perform manually.
To round out our product line, we are introducing new modular conveyor belts made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel, designed to integrate with and optimize any production line in the food and industrial sectors.
Our solutions are designed to meet any layout and material handling challenge:
- Straight and Curved: versatile solutions for horizontal or vertical transport, designed to maximize space and ensure flexibility even in the most complex layouts.
- Special Solutions: custom systems such as vacuum conveyors, for the stability of lightweight products (e.g., PET), or stacked configurations to optimize distribution across multiple levels.
