Let's talk about!
The high-pressure washing tunnel, constructed entirely of AISI304 stainless steel, is designed for the removal of adhesive labels.
The washing system consists of two lateral rotating wheels, adjustable via special controls and equipped with high-pressure jets, capable of effectively removing adhesive labels from the surfaces of the crates, ensuring a uniform and repeatable result.
The crates can be moved through the tunnel:
A filtration system is installed below the washing area, separating paper residue from the wash water. The water is collected in a tank equipped with a pump, which both empties the tank and feeds a storage tank, which supplies the pressure washer that supplies the jets.
High productivity, combined with reduced labor requirements, allows for a rapid return on investment by automating a process that, if performed manually, involves high costs and increasing difficulties in finding personnel.
