New spin-dryer for drying fruits and vegetables
We present our new spin-dryer for fruits and vegetables made, a machine designed by Favrin srl to ensure effective and controlled drying after washing, improving the efficiency of the product processing process.
The centrifuge is made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel and is equipped with a polypropylene basket, the same used in our basket washer, inserted into a special cage and set in rotation. This solution allows the product to be treated gently, while maintaining high drying performance.
The machine allows you to adjust various working parameters, adapting the drying process to multiple types of products:
- clockwise and counterclockwise rotation
- cycle time
- rotation speed
At the end of the cycle, a buzzer alerts the operator that the safety cover can be opened, the basket removed, and a new one inserted. When the cover is closed again, the cycle restarts automatically, allowing continuous operation and reducing downtime.
On request, the centrifuge can be supplied with a 2.0×2.0 mm mesh insert to be placed inside the basket for greater versatility of use. The fully electromechanical control panel, without a PLC, ensures reliability, ease of use, and ease of maintenance.
Combined with our basket washer, the centrifuge is a complete and efficient solution for the washing and drying cycle of numerous fruit and vegetable products, optimizing process times and quality.
