Crate-washing tunnel with feed conveyor

Our crate washing tunnel with a feed conveyor is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.

This model is an upgraded version of a well-established model already present in our product line. It features larger dimensions, a feed conveyor that streamlines workflow, and a more powerful pump.

The adjustable, 360°-rotating high-pressure nozzle arrays ensure effective removal of dirt, sand, and product residue.

The cover panels with rubberized seals prevent water splashes, and the crate guide rails are adjustable in width and height, allowing the same machine to be used for different sizes.

The washing power can be easily adjusted according to the level of dirt using the dedicated control valves. The water flows into a collection tank located beneath the washing area and undergoes double filtration: a removable drain grate and an additional filter installed on the suction side of the recirculation pump.

Swivel wheels with brakes make it easy to move the machine and speed up cleaning operations.

For specific requirements, the dimensions of the washing area can be further customized.
