Our new vibrating hopper is a machine designed to ensure constant and controlled dosing of grapes to the subsequent processing stages, such as destemmers, pumps, or elevator belts.
The hopper is made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel and is designed to operate in wine-making environments, where robustness, reliability, and ease of cleaning are essential requirements. The tank capacity is approximately 1400 kg of grapes, making it suitable for processing large volumes.
The machine is equipped with a tilting counterframe, adjustable by means of jacks operated by manual cranks, which allows the inclination to be adapted to the process requirements. The vibrating table, with oscillations adjustable in frequency thanks to an electronic inverter, ensures smooth product advancement and uniform dosing.
The table is equipped with a removable grid with 2×30 mm slots, designed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance operations, and is complete with two DN65F connections for draining the must. The structure of the vibrating table, made of 6.0 and 10.0 mm thick sheet metal, guarantees high strength and long life even in unfavorable working conditions.
On request, the vibrating hopper can be supplied with a terminal cover operated by a hydraulic jack, for even more precise control of the product flow.
The combination of capacity, dosing precision, and solid construction makes the vibrating hopper an ideal solution for optimizing the initial stages of grape processing.
