High-pressure washing system and product sorting

The project concerns the processing of mango, papaya, and tropical fruit, with a production cycle dedicated to the stages of high-pressure washing, automatic sorting, and drying. The standard starter machines used are LTA NL.

The system has been configured to ensure effective surface cleaning, consistent automated selection, and final drying aimed at product stability in the subsequent packaging or processing stages.
