Fruit and vegetable washing tank with processing belt

Our fruit and vegetable washing tanks with processing belt are thoroughly implemented in AISI304 stainless steel, with “bubbling“ washing operation and polypropylene processing belt with automatic stop system.

The first section allows to wash the product by blowing air by means of the diffusing tubes arranged on the bottom, while the second section, by means of a perforated conveyor belt, extracts the fruit and vegetable from the water, drains the excess water and then processes and/or sorts the product.

A photocell automatically stops the belt when the product arrives at the limit stop.
 

Moreover, the tank is provided with: connection for water inlet with ø30 hose holder, overflow discharge valve, 1 ½” valve for total discharge and two manhole covers to allow removal of the sediments from the bottom.
