Description
The project concerns the processing of radicchio and white cabbage, with a production cycle that integrates high-pressure washing and air-knife drying stages, to obtain a cleaner and drier product, ready for subsequent handling or delivery activities.
The standard starter machine used is NLA.
The system has been configured to ensure effective and uniform washing, followed by rapid and controlled drying that reduces surface moisture, improving product quality and operational continuity.
If you also need machinery to process early, late, and variegated radicchio and white cabbage and our standard NLA starter product is not sufficient, do not hesitate to contact us.
