Description
The project concerns the processing of fennel and white cabbage, with an operating cycle that integrates bubble washing, product loading, manual sorting, and crate handling. The standard starter machines used are RUL, NL, RV, SB, VLR, NU.
The system has been configured to optimize handling and process continuity: from product delivery and loading, to bubble washing, through to manual selection and orderly crate management, improving efficiency and product quality in the subsequent processing or packaging stages.
