The fruit and vegetable spinner is designed to ensure effective drying of produce after washing, ensuring high performance, reliability, and ease of use.

The polypropylene basket, the same one used in our basket washers, is housed in a special cage and rotated to optimally remove excess water from the produce.

The spinner allows for easy adjustment of the main operating parameters:

• Clockwise and counterclockwise rotation
• Cycle time
• Rotation speed

At the end of the cycle, an acoustic signal alerts the operator that the safety lid can be opened, the basket removed, and a new one inserted. When the lid is closed again, the cycle restarts automatically, optimizing work times and increasing productivity.

Upon request, the spinner can be supplied with a 2.0 x 2.0 mm mesh insert to be placed inside the basket, ideal for processing small products.

The electromechanical control panel, without a PLC, ensures maximum reliability, ease of use, and minimal maintenance.

The structure is made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel, an ideal material for the food industry due to its hygienic properties and corrosion resistance.

Combined with our basket washer, the centrifuge represents a complete and efficient solution for washing and drying a wide range of products, suitable for both small and medium-sized processing lines.
